Short Film
Heartbreak Under a Neon Streetlight is a bold proof-of-concept short film that explores love, deception, and psychological manipulation in the swipe-right digital age. Drawing from real experiences, the story unpacks the devastating emotional impact of gaslighting — a phenomenon that’s become increasingly pervasive in modern relationships.
Shot entirely on iPhone with no budget, the project embraces a raw, intimate visual style that mirrors the vulnerability at the heart of the story. The screenplay has garnered over 100 awards internationally for both writing and performance, establishing a powerful foundation for future development as a feature or limited series. Starring Victoria Nieves, Curry Whitmire and written, directed by Jen McAuliffe in 2023.

Theatre
Their debut theatre production, Chip on Her Shoulder — written and directed by Jen McAuliffe and starring Australian actress, Vanessa Buckley — premiered in partnership with Theatre Works as a selected festival work at the Melbourne Fringe Festival in Australia 2025, where it earned rave reviews and ranked #2 out of more than 500 shows on the audience crowd-pleaser tally — an extraordinary accomplishment given the show’s intimate venue capacity. It was highlighted as a top pick of teh festival by the Australian Arts Review. Blending dark comedy with sharp, uncompromising storytelling, the play dives into the messy, hilarious realities of being single, snack-obsessed, and struggling. A Latina-focused adaptation is currently in development for a New York City premiere in 2026.
