Jen McAuliffe is an award-winning Australian screenwriter and emerging playwright holding an O-1B visa for extraordinary ability in the arts. Her multiple award-winning screenplay, Heartbreak Under a Neon Streetlight — a powerful exploration of gaslighting — has been featured in ELLE Canada and Film Daily. Jen’s sharp storytelling extends to acclaimed comedy shorts like Lipsmacker and Last Active, alongside impactful drama scripts, showcasing her versatility across genres.

With extensive experience working with production powerhouse FremantleMedia for 7 years on high-profile TV dramas and reality shows, Jen has honed her craft in writers’ rooms and production across Australia and the US.
In 2017, she expanded into theatre as a stage manager/assistant director for an Off Broadway production Or Current Resident at Theatre for the New City and produced Round Tables at the American Pavilion, Cannes Film Festival. Now, she is fast becoming a fresh voice in theatre with rave reviews for her debut play Chip on her Shoulder at the Melbourne Fringe Festival in Australia. She blends emotional depth with irreverent wit and bridging screen and stage storytelling and is mentored by Steve Leff of Curb Your Enthusiam

​Victoria Nieves is a compelling and versatile actress with a strong foundation in both film and theatre, bringing a unique entrepreneurial drive to her work. She is the proud co-founder of Off With Their Heads Productions, a creative partnership with director Jen McAuliffe that
champions bold, female-led storytelling.

Her diverse stage credits include Bella Lamb in Rehearsal for Murder (Confetti Stage, Inc.), Olivia in Twelfth Night (The Bunbury Players), Louise/Liz in Love/Sick (Walloomsac River Theatre Company). Motherfu*ker with the Hat, Squirrels, The Tempest and of course, she has played the Red Queen

In film, Victoria shines as the lead in Heartbreak Under a Neon Streetlight, directed by Jen McAuliffe, a short film that has earned her numerous international awards, showcasing her emotional depth and range.

Her active involvement in Albany’s community theatre scene has further sharpened her craft and broadened her practical experience. Victoria is fluent in English and Spanish and brings strong musicality to her performances with piano skills.
